Fictional data
Every person, clinic, practitioner, health number and phone number shown in screens on this website is fictional. Any resemblance to a real person is a coincidence.

The site's text, screens and the Astam name belong to Two Rivers Digital Inc. Microsoft, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Pages and Entra are trademarks of Microsoft. HL7 and FHIR are trademarks of Health Level Seven International.
