Astam is a patient attachment registry and practitioner panel registry for Canadian provinces and health authorities. Two Rivers Digital builds it on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The name
âstam is Plains Cree for “come here!”, an invitation. ASTAM also stands for Attachment Service for Triage And Matching.
What it includes
- A registry of people waiting, with priority rules, wait targets and every way of registering.
- Practitioner panels and clinic capacity that expires after 14 days.
- Match and offer, with the reasons for every rank.
- Conflict cases for people on two panels, settled by the patient's choice.
- A program dashboard with a fairness check and data freshness.
- A patient site for registering, checking status and finding clinics taking patients.
- An integration monitor for clinic panel feeds.
Who builds it
